Badges

What do you have to do in order to acquire a badge ?

I wanted to ask about receiving a “Roadie” badge as well. I have been posting the setlists for a band the past 2 years but would like to know how I can use the badge to branch out and contribute to other artists. Thanks, and congrats earfdae on receiving it!
