Artist missing

I try to make a setlist, but artist is missing. But i find the artist in music brains.
What is the next step for me?

I've tried to add a band (Order of Orias). They weren't on musicbrainz so I added them on there first. I've now tried to import them using their MBID (1d88be5a-7cb5-4086-acc2-6b36cc7f715c) but when I do that, I get this error:
The MBID 1d88be5a-7cb5-4086-acc2-6b36cc7f715c is either unknown or the artist was intentionally filtered.
Any ideas?

Hello, trying to add a setlist for the artist “Operators”. There is a MusicBrainz entry at the following link:

but when I try to import the MBID, setlist.fm says the artist is unknown or has been filtered, and provides a link to search MusicBrainz for the MBID, which leads to a “no results found”:
