Foo Fighers setlist - request for moderator opinion

The Foo Fighters have been playing snippets of cover songs when the band is introduced. The introductions are done between songs and are not connected to either the song preceding introductions or following introductions. An example is http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/foo-fighters/2015/rfk-stadium-washington-dc-6bf6b66a.html The site guidelines say “If the snippet is sung for itself (i.e. not as intro or to finish another song) it should be added as song for itself with an @Info saying that is a snippet.” Users have been changing the setlist to denote the snippets as preceding the song following band introductions (see history).
Could a moderator confirm which is the appropriate way for the setlist to be displayed so we can stop the back and forth of change/revert? Thanks!

I too would like to see some input on this, having gone to the toronto show it appears I've seen the Foo's play half of a Rush set, when really it was about 2 mins of snippets.

I agree with it looking strange. I would suggest allowing an entry of “Band Introductions @Info[including snippets of…]”.

Could a moderator/admin please address this issue? The Foo Fighters setlists keep getting changed back and forth and I'm giving up. A “roadie” (SuperFitz) is now changing all of the setlists without making any comments to address the fact that the change goes against the site guidelines. Thanks.

Thanks very much for letting us know! I put in a lot of time keeping the setlists sorted, so it got me kind of worked up. :) I'm totally cool with whatever the power that be decide.

In my opinion the way it is now…
I'm the One / Another One Bites the Dust / Owner of a Lonely Heart (Van Halen / Queen / Yes snippets played during band introduction, OOALH dedicated to Chris Squire)
…is wrong because it's not really a medley. The guidelines describe a medley as “a mix of different song snippets as one song”. These songs were no played as one solid song. Dave stops to talk between each band members introduction.
I also don't really think it's right to give each “song” it's own line on the setlist. None of those songs were actually played. Those “snippets” only lasted seconds. In my opinion the songs belong in an @Info tag.
