How to edit the "tour" for setlist?

I can't seem to find a way to edit the tour that a particular show is from? There wasn't even an option to choose/create a tour in the first place. Any help?

There's a small arrow right next to “Edit setlist songs” in the bottom-right area of the (paper) setlist. Click the arrow and 3 links will appear. The bottom-most reads “Edit tour & festival”. Click it, edit the tour and provide a source. Hit submit and you're done.

EDIT – please disregard my query below. FOUND IT.
Perhaps it's just me, but it appears that the user interface for entering TOUR detail has changed and I can't seem to find the widget to enter it for a setlist I just created.
The TOUR should be “The Music of Led Zeppelin” but I am not seeing how to enter that detail.
