Incorrect Furthur setlists

The following setlists from 1996-2000 are incorrectly assigned to the group “Furthur”, which was not formed until 2009. They are actually setlists from various “Furthur Festivals” in 1996, 1998, and 2000 (see http://users.vermontel.net/~cascade2/furthur/2000.htm for more information), but have nothing to do with the group “Furthur”. They should be changed to the correct artists or else deleted if the correct setlists already exist.
