Lollapalooza Early Years

So there is no Festival listing for Lollapalooza when it used to be a traveling Festival from 1991 to 1997, and again in 2003. It only starts in 2005 when it's permanent home became Grant Park in Chicago.

I read a bit about adding festivals, but it seems to be overly complicated, and I don't want to do it incorrectly. So could someone who is experienced possibly create it, specifically for 1992 Molson Park in Barrie Ontario Canada.
