    • Rename song title every time it was played

    • Aug 22, 2010 5:41:38 PM UTC

Hey, is there a possibility to rename a certain song in all setlists in which it apperas? my example is the Queens of the Stone Age song “ The Sky Is Fallin‘ “ which is 97 times entitled “ Sky Is Fallin ” and i don‘t really want to change this 97 times

    thanks a lot – you‘re the man :-)

one more question: queens played some songs from the desert sessions and later released them on their own records – there is no way to label tracks as covers which they (later) have released themselves
(because it‘s basicly a cover when they played it before they released it – even if the desert sessions are a side project from josh homme of qotsa..)

now every time i change something in a setlist where some of the frequently covered desert sessions songs appear, it automatically changes to the desert sessions cover, even if i don‘t want to
    http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/queens-of-the-stone-age/2002/the-troubadour-los-angeles-ca-2bd588ea.html

this is a good example. millionaire was basically a cover from 1999–2002, because they released this song in 2002 themselves

is it possible to mark a song as a cover or not cover from the date it was played? millionaire was a cover from 99 to 2001 and from 2002 on it was released on their own album

edit: i found a way to not label every song as a cover but it‘s kinda tricky. i have to label the track as a cover from queens themselves so it doesn‘t appear as a desert sessions cover. but every time the setlist is edited, it changes again. it always has to be the last step when editing

I think none of the Desert Sessions songs that were recorded by QOTSA should be labeled as covers.

I have a similar request, not sure how to do it or request it:

Grace Potter and the Nocturnals have a song that is properly titled “Paris (Ooh La La)“. There are several variations of this, including “Paris“ and “If I Was From Paris“. The correct title is “Paris (Ooh La La)“.

Also, GPN has a song properly titled “Here‘s To The Meantime“ that is mis-titled “Meantime” on the following dates:

    • Recher Theatre, Towson, MD, USA on October 11, 2008
    • Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, Hampton Beach, NH, USA on June 29, 2008
    • The Independent, San Francisco, CA, USA on January 30, 2008

I have a similar request for a song by Katie Melua.
It is listed as “God on the Drums, Devil on the Bass“, but it should be “God on Drums, Devil on the Bass“ (without the first “the”!).

    Thanks!

Another similar request please (some minor changes)
    The Wildhearts songs:

    Love U ‘Till I Don‘t should be Love U ‘til I Don‘t
29 X the Pain should be 29 x the Pain
    ===============================================

Is it possible to assign these songs to the correct albums? (currently unassigned)

(Whatever Happened To) Rock ‘n‘ Roll Girls
    Take It All Why Don‘tcha
    The Monkey Zoo

all from Black Leather Mojo by Silver Ginger 5 (the original Japanese release of 2000 / UK 1st release 2001)

Walk Like A Motherfucker is from the 2005 re-released 2CD version of the same album. I don‘t know if the different album versions are relevant to your website.

These Wildhearts songs need linking to an album please (currently not linked to any album):

Turning American – Don‘t Be Happy… Just Worry
Love U ‘Till I Don‘t – Earth vs. The Wildhearts
    Don‘t Worry ‘bout Me – P.H.U.Q.

Just In Lust is currently wrongly linked to the album Potatoes & You – it should be linked to P.H.U.Q.

    A venue:

    Libery Camp, Baghdad, Iraq
should be Camp Liberty, Baghdad, Iraq

Another one: According to The Darkness, the song “Out of This World“ should be titled “I Can‘t Believe It‘s Not Love”.
