Troll / bad user

Is there anything that can be done about a user that is going out of his way (repeatedly) to enter bad edits and harass other users?
I am specifically referring to http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/godspeed-you-black-emperor/2011/trocadero-theatre-philadelphia-pa-3bd268d4.html

rsaasfh is an anonymous user who likes to edit without knowing what really happened

at concert was only one encore. british guy is very good, may be, but he wasn't at concert. so he can't say anything about it. can you block setlist for editing after cut 2nd encore?

The user “surfer” posted a setlist before the concert happened and now he's/she's always trying to revert and edit again.
Maybe he's/she's right, but he/she could as well be a troll…

All he does is reverting every edit back to his nonsense setlist. He did it 18 times alone with this setlist…
