Two artists playing together?

I have a question: How do you start a setlist where two artists play together for the whole show? For example, the Billy Joel/Elton John tour (which is already in there).
Louisiana artist Marc Broussard is playing shows with his dad, musician Ted Broussard, right now. Each of them are in MusicBrainz on their own, but I can't add any version of “Marc Broussard & Ted Broussard”.

The only way you could do that would be to create a new artist on musicbrainz about the both musician.
