Hi,
I have a question : How to get “Note” from setlist ? For example, Green Day have cancelled gig and in the setlist the only set is “Note: cancelled”. How to get this in API ?

If a show doesn't happen, you don't put a note saying it was cancelled, you delete it. You ask for it. We don't really care about concerts that didn't happened.
