    • Multiple festivals at the same venue concurrently

How can this be differentiated? My example: the Erie Canal Harbor Central Wharf has a weekly festival every Thursday and a monthly festival one Friday-Sunday per month. But any time the weekend concert set lists are added, the Thursday festival comes up.

Any help? The venue‘s page has both “festivals” listed but is assigning them to setlists is inconsistent and half the time incorrect.

Having more than one festival at the same venue on the same day isn‘t supported. Sorry.

I‘m not talking the same day, rather within the same timeframe. For example, at the venue I mentioned (Erie Canal Harbor Central):

Thursday at the Harbor runs every Thursday (7 June through 23 August)
Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor runs one weekend (Friday-Sunday) a month (29 June through 1 September)

However, when creating setlists for the venue, there is no way to differentiate between the festivals and it automatically labels it incorrectly on occasion.

I know what you mean. But timeframe or same day doesn‘t matter in this case. The festival feature was mainly designed for festivals like Rock am Ring, Glastonbury or Reading. I.e. the three day festivals at the same venue.

But anyway, thanks for the suggestion, we‘ll try to consider it for a future release. Maybe just one more question while adding a setlist would do the trick.

Thank you for your responses. I figured it was more like that.

I‘m not sure if it‘s worth it, depending on the amount of venues it would apply to, but maybe you can break up festivals into festivals or series. Festivals are more compact and series are over a bigger span in time (somewhere between festivals and tours). Anyway, just tossing that one last bit out there.
