Missing Artists

So you would like to add an artist who isn't in our database? Just follow the steps below and you'll be able to import the artist.

If you want to be sure and want to do it the safe (recommended) way:

1. Head over to musicbrainz.org and be sure the artist's in their database
2. If the artist isn't in the musicbrainz database ... well then add the artist! ;-)
3. Write the artist's MBID (the 32-digit musicbrainz-ID, e.g. 01809552-4f87-45b0-afff-2c6f0730a3be - this is Elvis Presley's MBID by the way) into the field below
4. Hit "import" and the artist will be in the database straight away

If you want to challenge your luck:

1. Write the artist's name into the field below
2. Hit "import" and keep your fingers crossed

Please note that due to legal restrictions, some artists (e.g. Rammstein) cannot be imported.
