Holy f***ing shit! "A Little Peace Of Heaven", my favorite Avenged Sevenfold song finally on this tour. Hell yeah!
Wait, no Almost Easy? Also, how did they play Fiction without The Rev? Can someone confirm this setlist's accuracy?
Also, drh: are you saying that was the setlist they played? That would be disappointing... it's a headline show, and that's only 9 songs. No Unholy Confessions, Bat Country, or Little Piece of Heaven... :/
And it just hit me: no Beast and the Harlot, either? That's almost as shocking as no Almost Easy. I see they're not doing Seize the Day either, but they didn't do that one on Uproar, either, so that's kind of understandable...
This is the setlist they played, as confirmed on deathbatnews.com. Shadows was onstage by himself for Fiction...all instruments and the Rev's vocals were on a tape.
Confirm that this was the setlist. No Seize the day or Beast and the Harlot. They played for a little over 90 minutes. God Hates Us is great live. F'n great song live, did I say that already. Didn't really appreciate that one until after tonight.
Oh man, GHU is fucking amazing live. I've seen it three times, and each time it blew me away...though it doesn't touch Buried Alive. GOD DAMN, the second half of that song is amazing live!
Nice set. Surprised by the removal of Beast and the Harlot and Almost Easy, but Little Piece of Heaven makes up for this \m/
Well...to be honest? I've seen aLPoH live before (actually in Denver on Taste of Chaos, at the live premiere of it) and I wasn't too thrilled by it...but I'm not a huge fan of the song anyway haha. I think it's incredible that they played Fiction though. Shadows must have been pushed to the limit, singing that song. And Danger Line is pretty cool especially with a new drummer.
Great show, loved how everyone just bum-rushed through the 100-level sections during the set...security had no idea what to do!
I was there. This is the setlist. They do a "ghost piano" for fiction with a recording of Jimmy. And I was surprised that they didn't play almost easy, beast and the harlot or seize the day
ok im confirming cuz i was there... all the singing parts that the rev had done they just left his voice in like it was straight off the album... it was sick, everyone would stop cheering and listen to his voice, alot of people pointed to the sky... there was a nice tribute to him too
A little piece of heaven made me cum...
It'll be my second time seeing A Little Piece of Heaven.. Such a cool song live. I wish the set wasn't raped by Nightmare..but I guess it's a Nightmare support tour. Maybe if I'm lucky they'll do a 10th anniversary tour for Sounding haha
I second the confirm. I was at the concert on the 21st and it was amazing! Especially Fiction, God Hates Us, and So Far away... ah shoot who am i kidding ALL of them were effing Awesome!!
