i went to the gig, i dont remember all songs and how they went im sure someone will complete it...:D
They certainly did not play So Here We Are, I was really hoping they would, but didn't. Awesome gig though :)

Song for Clay (Dissapear Here) was definitely played at some point. I think there was another song in the encore, before Ares. And I don't remember So Here We Are being played.

I'm convinced that they didn't play So Here We Are, based on the fact that I was really really hoping that they would. They did however play Banquet, possibly after a segue from either Hunting for Witches or from Song for Clay. Those two were next to each other but can't remember which came first.

Think it was Hunting for Witches, Song for Clay, Banquet. Also they played Uniform at some point - might have been the first song in the encore? Could be wrong about when, but it was definitely played.
