Great gig.
Somewhere around the first part of the show, roughly in the middle, Marting Gore also started singing. Among others he sang "People are People" His songs were slowed down so much that they became almost unrecognisable.

He didn't sing People Are People (unfortunately!) but the slower versions were brilliant! The whole show rocked the house.

thanks for your comment, but he did sing PAP, the lyrics are unmistakable :-)

Rita, I swear he didn't sing People Are People. He sung Insight (not very exciting), Home (very exciting and the best crowd reaction of the night except for ETS) and One Caress (very nice surprise). Also, the gig was rather miserable -- poor sound, awkward setlist. Perhaps you were at a different concert. ;)

I loved the show, and the setlist.
And Rita, People Are People wasn't played yesterday. Really.

Well, I know what I heard and my bf heard it too, so I know it was not inside my head - and no, we did not have any funky mushrooms before the gig either :-)

But who cares, I definitely enjoyed the gig, although the sound was indeed not optimal.

Unfortunately it was a poor concert. Weak videos, stage was not impressive, the sound was terrible. David went (about) three times on the little platform in the crowd not really enjoying himself. For me Martin makes it all good. I really enjoyed Insight and Home.

What I really dislike is that nice clean songs of the past are mutated to horable songs. Come on guys, leave out the drums! And leave out the guitar-effects! Like never let me down again, walking in my shoes and question of time. Nice songs, terrible update.
(two starts of five)

I agree with Ed that the songs sung by Martin were much better than those sung by Dave. "I feel you" was very good as well.

People are people? I didn't hear it!

Too bad they didn't do Dressed in Black instead of One Caress, but I thought it was a great show :-)
