Note: Ennio Morricone performed with The Roma Sinfonietta Orchestra & The Crouch End Festival Chorus. "A Life In Music", a documentary film directed by Giovanni Morricone, was shown as opening act. Then, Sir Christopher Frayling introduced "il maestro" to the audience
