Concerning the title "death" I wrote "messenger of death" because it's how Rob named this song during the show.
By the way, this show was really brilliant, I was very surprised because in all the videos of this tour I saw in youtube Rob's voice was without high vocals. This saturday his voice was in a great condition and that's probably why they played an extra song, a second encore...

Well, I must say that Rob's voice wasn't in great condition, he had very little high vocals and most of the time the high parts were rather like Udo Dirkschneider than like Rob in great shape.
