it was a legitimate drum solo not just the intro to the song painkiller
Drum Solo is to be a song in itself. many other bands have it that way and so can judas priest. no reason it can't be seperated.
None of the other setlists from the Epitaph tour have a drum solo on a separate line:

So if the drum solo at this show was the same as the rest of the Epitaph tour, then for the sake of consistency, it should not be listed on a separate line. It's not "wrong" to list the drum solo on a separate line, it's just inconsistent. So if you wanted to go back and edit all the setlists from the Epitaph tour and add a drum solo, that would be fine.
If the drum solo at this show was unique from the rest of the Epitaph tour, then it putting it on a separate line makes sense. I don't know if that was the case or not, since I wasn't there.
