I listened to the bootleg of the night and I can ASSURE that before Last Caress they played a jam of The Memory Remains...
Yes, on this tour they jammed on a song at the start of every show.
None of the Metallica setlist websites (including Metallica's own website!) have the the intro jams listed for this tour. Even if we at setist.fm decided to list them, the intro jams aren't known for most shows, so we couldn't consistently list them on every setlist.
If you want to add it as @Info, go ahead, but it shouldn't be on a separate line.
