Hmm, weird then how according to this site it's never been played up until now. I always thought that they had never played the song in full and only played some of it as part of jams (like Frayed Ends of Sanity and To Live is to Die).

Way back in the 80s, Cliff used to play it all the time. Go to livemetallica.com, they have some early shows for free. They played it on 12/18/1983 and 12/20/1984.
Trust Metallica's list. This site only tracks what people have put in- there aren't comprehensive sets from that long ago.

Cleaned everything up a little. Running out of characters with the Seek tag.
@Wrathy, although not performed in full, Anesthesia was jammed on according to the MetOnTour log.
Removed the info from No Remorse. I saw them play it at Reading Festival in 2008.

They did not play the whole No Remorse at Reading 2008 (they skipped third verse and second solo)

Didn't they do a version of the third verse and second solo at some time in 2007/8? I have a LiveMetallica recording of it but I can't trace the date...

They played No Remorse throughout the summer of 03. Unless you are being super picky about the entire song, pretty sure it was the entire one
