Also, can anyone say if "The Ecstasy of Gold" intro tape was used?
shit gave in to looking at the setlist guess spain won't be a surprise, dissapointed they intro with hit the lighting again, but very intersting that they play back to front again.

A 'premiere' indicates its the first time a song has ever been heard.

If someone changes it again, may I suggest "Live Premiere" ?
That seems like a good middle ground between "First time played live" and "World Premiere".
Just a suggestion though. I don't really care either way, so I'm not going to change it.
