All other Paul McCartney setlists prior to this one list "Foxy Lady" as a full cover, not a snippet.

Yeah but it's not Foxy Lady the song as it is purely an instrumental interlude for a minute or two - as per the live DVD.

To be fair it doesn't really matter, just like All You Need...was really just the end refrain - some even argue he sung She Loves You. He doesn't, e sings the same SLY component in the All You Need Is Love recording.

Well, they weren't snippets. Give Peace A Chance and All You Need Is Love went on for quite a bit, and a snippet is usually a line or two from the song. I would say it's a medley. But you can't keep everyone happy.
