Yeah, thanks, we really needed a second version of this.
Review tomorrow... on http://jazzsick.wordpress.com/
There was also a song after Strip that I couldn't place...
After 'Strip the Soul' was '.3' and they ended the show with 'Trains'.
Thanks for the setlist revisions, guys!
My review at http://jazzsick.wordpress.com/2009/09/17/porcupine-tree-w-that1guy/
I'm bummed about no cameras allowed on this tour. Oh well... great show nonetheless.
I combined Split the Soul and .3 into one song because it is pretty much a seamless transition between Strip the Soul's coda and .3's second half, and has been played at shows as early as 2008. If you insist on splitting it, then please split it on all setlists on which it is included, with the proper @Info tags.
That's not how it was played at the Portland show. Furthermore, if you look at the guidelines regarding the use of "/" it is for "medleys." Quote from guidelines: "If medleys (a mix of different songs as one song) were performed."
It wasn't played as a medley on 9/16.
Regarding the tour stats, if you look at the stats, ".3" and "Strip the Soul" (individually) have a higher ranking than "Strip the Soul / .3" anyway. That's moot, though... it wasn't played as a medley.
Hopefully you don't read a poor tone in this (it's not intended to be). :) :) :)
