Long time ago but I do remember them playing those two tunes. They even had a mock bar on stage, if memory serves.
@nobloodyname - as you were at the show, I wonder if you recall seeing David Coverdale join Aerosmith for 'I'm Down'. He definitely joined them on at least one of the two nights.
Argh... do you know, I was wracking my brain trying to remember which night I attended. I think it was the first night and, if so, I am fairly certain David Coverdale didn't join them.
Thanks for the reply. I was fairly sure Coverdale joined Aerosmith on the first night but I wondered if it was a trick of the memory.
Well, I was 16 at the time and probably not sober (plus ça change) so who knows? I see there's a variation in the Aerosmith setlist between the two nights but I can't recall from that, either.
