It gets credited to the writer of the song of course, but in the case of co-written songs it's getting credited to the first releasing co-writer of the song.

Okay, I didn't know that recording a song the first makes it your own, but if you make it like that, I accept it. Nico was the first recording the song also.

Hi, regarding "Take It Easy": Jackson Browne co-wrote the song, so our guidelines say the writer (or his band) who first released the song (Eagles) gets the credit on every setlist.

Regarding the other song: I did a batch edit because there were both versions in the setlists, I just merged them. Was Jackson Browne also the first to record the song ?
