Merge Artists

Hi,
There are currently two artists entries for Scott Hutchison from Frightened Rabbit.
https://www.setlist.fm/setlists/scott-hutchison-23d204bb.html has him listed at Scott Hutchison (Frightened Rabbit Singer)
https://www.setlist.fm/setlists/scott-hutchison-33dc3c59.html just has him listed as Scott Hutchison
Is there are way to get the artists merged so that there's only one artist entry on the site?
I'm not sure which artist is the best one to keep as Scott has also performed as part of the group Mastersystem and under the name Owl John so perhaps keeping the entry that doesn't mention Frightened Rabbit would be best?
Any admins have any thoughts?

Hi,
the one without the “Frightened Rabbit” annotation is the correct one. It is indeed a duplicate artist and already got cleared up on musicbrainz.org. Therefore the one to keep is the one that's still present on musicbrainz. I merged the two artists. Thanks for reporting – next time please use the existing Problems with artists topic in the website support forum.

Thanks for merging them, I hadn't spotted the other topic but I'll keep it open in case I need it in the future.

Merge them as Beggars
Seems to be the other way round (go to artist page and click through musicbrainz, the entry for “Beggars” gets a “not found” response).

Please merge the two Psyche artists pages.
These are the same band, and as far as I know only listed once as Dark Synthpop on Musicbrainz. This is the Canadian Band now living in Germany.

Hi, there are two listings for the Nelson twins, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson that should probably be merged into one:

Based on their website, https://www.nelsontwins.com/tour , I would think they should be combined into Nelson, which looks like what they call themselves.

re Nelson vs. Matthew & Gunnar Nelson – they are two separate Artists.
It looks like the two brothers perform as Matthew & Gunnar Nelson (and have released a couple titles under that name) for a tribute show they tour, billed RICKY NELSON REMEMBERED with Matthew & Gunnar Nelson. Or at other performances as an acoustic-ish duo honouring their father Ricky Nelson.
They also perform electric shows with a band as Nelson, playing music included on the releases under that name.
BOTH shows and the correct artist name performing are listed on the Nelson website.
We'll need to make sure no Nelson band shows are being listed under Matthew & Gunnar Nelson. From what I could see whle checking several, they seem to be in good shape.
