Venue Timeframe Only?

Greetings, I have a list of bands that appeared at a specific venue during a particular year but only wrote down Jan-March as a time frame.
These bands https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ with this venue don't appear in the this time frame Jan – March 1983
Is there a protocol that I can follow to still add the band appearances based on the above criteria ?

Yes. Please use the closest possible date. If only the month is known then use the first day of the month. Also write a @Info on the last line of the setlist explaining that the date might be off (see Guidelines about infos for gigs for details and further links). And also be sure to include a note in your edit comment about the date being off.
As you can imagine, the most important part is that users should see that the date is off when looking at the setlist or the list of edits.
