Is there a good way to get all artists in the setlist.fm database?
If the solution is not trivial, perhaps you can clue me in on how the artistName argument of an artists search is used to determine the resulting list of artists.

Perhaps if I explained the reason for my question, I'd be more likely to get a response. I'd like to implement an auto-complete for artist searches in my application. Hearing back on this would be great, thanks!
