How do I follow a particular artist setlist?

Apologies for the newbie question and if this has been asked and answered, but how do I follow a particular artist without having to type in their name each time I want to search their setlists? I see the User Charts on my profile but this appears to track only the concerts I have attended. I want to be able to see their name and all their setlists on my opening page. For example, I like Dead & Company, Tedeschi Trucks and Widespread Panic. Can I follow them on setlist without having to type in their names in search each time?
