I was at this show and the setlist is completely out of order and has some incorrect songs. I’ve been a member here since 2013, not sure how much more experienced I need to be.

Quick update: thank you for your feedback. All issues got investigated and the parameters got changed quite a bit since starting this topic. Most of you should have it easier to edit now, especially compared to last week when the screws got tightened a bit too much, sorry for that. And based on your feedback, there's also another, major improvement for this feature in the works.

Well this depends on the setlist you're trying to edit. As explained in the FAQ, some users can't edit some setlists. But this also means that most users can edit most setlists, even those you can't edit some setlists ;-). Sorry for being vague about this, but there's no general rule for this. The bar isn't disproportionately high though. Also the parameters are bound to change a lot, especially in this early days of the feature. What I can say is that participation around the site and sourced, quality edits do have a positive effect.

So I was trying to edit the 9/28/24 Imagine Dragons setlist, it hasn't been completed yet, and it said I wasn't experienced enough, which is weird because a few months ago I was able to add an entire setlist to a different concert I went to. I also checked to see if I could edit that other setlist and I was, but still not able to edit the Imagine Dragons one. Also how are you supposed to gain experience if you can't edit setlists to concerts you've been to??

I go to concerts once a year or every other year. I’m quite familiar with editing. The fact that I couldn’t edit the show start time is insane. I’m trying to add an end time as well. Experience means nothing, since I read the guidelines and have done one other show in the past couple years – Billy Joel. Can someone more experienced add songs for a set list for me? The flipturn list for All Things Go at Merriweather Post Pavilion is completely empty.

I was successfully editing this setlist for David Gilmour after I attended (https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/david-gilmour/2024/royal-albert-hall-london-england-73a99ec9.html) and was suddenly then shut out of doing so? I am an experienced user and have edited and created multiple setlists. Please could this be rectified?
