I think marking it as “Scala & Kolacny Brothers version” is wrong, it is simply a rendition leaning on the instrumental piano version released on “XXI – Klavier” (https://www.discogs.com/de/Rammstein-XXI-Klavier/release/7887043). So “piano version” would do.
Scala & Kolacny also had a choir which is not present here.

That song comes from a french song called Gloria, that Patti Smith performs and that you insist on calling a song by Van Morrison (Them) even though it is not. That’s 825 mistakes that you don’t want to correct.

This German song is listed as “Für Immer” but should be listed as “Für immer” with the second word “ever” lowercase as it not a noun but an adverb, following German style rules:
