Katy Perry, John Legend + More Perform from D.C. Steps

To continue to celebrate a monumental day in US History - the inauguration of 46th President Joe Biden and the first female Vice President, Kamala Harris - musicians came together
While a few artists performed from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in D.C. other segments were prerecorded for the celebratory event. If you missed the first performances of the morning - by Lady Gaga, J-Lo and Garth Brooks, hop on over here.
First was the notable performance from The New Radicals during the Parade for America. The band reunited for the first time in 22 years to revive their 1998 single, "You Get What You Give" which was a Biden family anthem. Check out their message about reuniting and the full performance:

From the steps of D.C. Bruce Springsteen performed "Land of Hopes and Dreams" acoustically to kick off the night.

John Legend performed a cover of Nina Simone's "Feeling Good"

It's a new dawn
It's a new day
It's a new life for me
And I'm feeling good

Foo Fighters dedicated "Times Like These" to teachers everywhere.

Of the prerecorded segments -
Demi Lovato belted out a cover of Bill Withers "Lovely Day" interspersed with clips of health care workers singing along.
Ant Clemons and Justin Timberlake performed "Better Days" from Nashville

Bon Jovi gave us a cover of the Beatles' "Here Comes The Sun" from Miami.

And lastly, as the final performance from the steps in D.C., Katy Perry closed out the event with a bombastic performance of "Firework" with - you guessed it - real fireworks. Take a look:
