Mitski kicked her The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We tour on Friday (January 26th) with a sold-out show at The Fillmore Miami Beach. The show marked the start of the first leg of her North American tour which is in support of her 2023 album The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We, and features opening acts Tamino, Sunny War, Julia Jacklin, and Sarah Kinsey on select dates.

The singer-songwriter took to the stage and started her performance with the folky, live debut of "Everyone" off her 2022 album Laurel Hell. Other live debuts of the night included "Valentine, Texas" from the same album and "Pink in the Night" from her 2018 release Be The Cowboy. The setlist ran through 25 songs, which included folk renditions of "I Don't Smoke" and "Love Me More," as well as the first live performance of "Fireworks" since 2019.
