The Doobie Brothers are gearing up for a North American summer tour in support of their upcoming album, Walk This Road. The new album from the San Jose folk-rock icons will arrive on June 6 via Rhino Records.
The tour kicks off in Detroit and includes shows in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Toronto. Additional dates are set to be announced.
Joining The Doobie Brothers on the Walk This Road Tour will be special guests The Coral Reefer Band.
The Doobie Brothers also recently announced UK and Ireland shows, which will include performing as special guests of Jeff Lynne’s ELO during band’s final concert in London’s Hyde Park.
The tour will feature a reunited Doobie Brothers lineup of Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, John McFee, and Michael McDonald.
This group performed together on “The 2024 Tour,” which featured the band playing shows in North America. Check out setlists from that tour here.
"We're so looking forward to the 2025 Summer tour!” Patrick Simmons said on behalf of The Doobie Brothers. “We'll be celebrating the release of our new album Walk This Road and we're excited to be performing new songs from the record. We'll warm up with shows in the UK and Ireland then hit the road back in the good old USA. Can't wait to see you all and bring some new music to our fans. Having The Coral Reefer Band on board with us at these shows really makes this a special experience for the audience and all of us. Doobies and Reefers, hmm... sounds like a perfect match!"
