Billie Eilish is back on the road and this time, it's go big or go home. What I MEAN is that Ms. Eilish is performing her biggest venues to dates, hitting up stadiums and arenas around the world in support of her Where Do We Go? 2020 Tour!
The tour fired off last night in Miami, Florida at American Airlines Arena with a whopping 22 song setlist! She opened her first show of 2020 with "bury a friend" and continued to perform the first three songs off her debut album release WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?
The set also boasted a handful of songs off of dont smile at me including "ocean eyes," "COPYCAT," "bellyache" and "idontwanttobeyounymore." The sultry pop artist also threw in a cover of The Swell Season's "The Hill" for the very first time. The song comes from the Once soundtrack. She added another soundtrack songs into the setlist too, like "WHEN I WAS OLDER," and original written for the film Roma, and "No Time to Die," another original written for the forthcoming James Bong film of the same name.
Eilish also didn't forget to include her coveted song with Khalid, "lovely." The rest of the setlist included all 14 songs off her debut album! Eilish came to serve realness for this tour. Check out the entire setlist right here:
Eilish also pulled a defiant act on her opening night as she stripped her signature baggy clothing down to a form fitting black tank top in a powerful video interlude slamming body shamers. In the fan-caught video below, she states:
“If I wear what is comfortable, I am not a woman. If I shed the layers, I’m a slut. Though you’ve never seen my body, you still judge it and judge me for it. Why? We make assumptions about people based on their size. We decide who they are, we decide what they’re worth. If I wear more, if I wear less, who decides what that makes me? What that means? Is my value based only on your perception? Or is your opinion of me not my responsibility?”
