Halestorm and I Prevail have announced a co-headlining tour for the summer of 2024, taking the hard rock heavyweights to 20+ cities. Supported by Hollywood Undead and Fit For A King, they’ll begin on July 9th in Raleigh, NC, continuing through August 17th in Las Vegas, NV.
"We're thrilled to join forces with Halestorm this summer," states Eric Vanlerberghe, I Prevail’s unclean vocalist. "Touring with Halestorm is long overdue, as we admire their talent, energy, and dedication to rock music, and are thrilled to finally see it happen. This is going to be one of the best tours of the summer and one of the best we've ever done."
While their paths have crossed at various musical festivals and grand metal gatherings over the years, I Prevail and Halestorm always knew that a co-headlining tour was in the cards. And there’s no better time than now to hit the road together. Both groups continue to support semi-new releases from 2022, which are still climbing the charts as they carve out their respective legacies in the metal scene.
I Prevail celebrated their tenth anniversary as a band last year, while 2024 marks the one-decade celebration of their viral cover of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space." AKA, the Pop Goes Punk track that’s earned 77 million YouTube views and helped establish them as Metalcore giants. The band has made an impact with three albums, two of which are Gold-certified, and powerful lyrics about the struggles of mental health and overcoming adversity.
The authenticity of I Prevail songs like “Deep End,” “Hurricane,” and “Bow Down” have caught the ears of millions of metal fans, including their friends in Halestorm. Known for their non-stop touring schedule that often includes up to 250 shows per year, the Pennsylvania-based group couldn’t resist the chance to hit the road once again. This time, with an updated setlist that puts their gritty sound, explosive instrumentals, and undeniable charisma front and center.
Halestorm, led by the charismatic Lzzy Hale, has dominated the metal scene since the late 1990s. Songs like “Bad Romance,” “Here’s To Us,” and “I Miss The Misery” have led to millions of albums sold and endless accolades, including a GRAMMY win for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance in 2013! Hale’s instantly-recognizable, exhilarating vocals expertly complement the boundary-pushing ways of her bandmates. And it’s earned them a standing spot at any rock music festival or tour they want.
"Freaks, we are so proud to announce that we are joining forces with I Prevail," Halestorm's Lzzy Hale said in her own statement about this trek. "This isn’t your typical summer tour. This is two worlds colliding under one haven for our collective armies. And bringing you a show unlike any we’ve done before! We have a lot of surprises in store, so get your tickets now for an experience none of us will forget!"
