Harry Styles Live Debuts Most of 'Kiss All The Time...' in UK

Harry Styles treated the sold out audience at the Co-op Live in Manchester with something he rarely does: he performed his entire new album from front to back.

Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally is the pop star's fourth solo album and it dropped on Friday (3/6), the same day as the show at the 23,500 capacity arena.

Tickets for the show were a low-low price of 20 British pounds ($26) and it was streamed on Netflix two days later.

Eleven of the 12 tracks from the new wax were live debuted in the arena on Friday, which opened just two years ago and is reported to be the largest indoor music arena by capacity.

The 12th track, "Aperture," which was performed twice that night, got its live debut a week ago at The Brit Awards in the same venue.

Kiss All The Time continues the partnership between Styles and producer Kid Harpoon who hit it big four years ago with Harry’s House whose lead single "As It Was" dominated the charts with a 15-week run at #1 and the collection won the Grammy for Album of the Year in 2023.

The new album has already gotten off to a great start. "Aperture" debuted at #1 on the Billboard singles chart and the album went to #1 immediately as well but on the album chart.

One of the interesting things about the show was no cameras were allowed, thus if you try to find footage or photos on social media from the crowd, you'll be sorely disappointed.

"Phones will be secured in a recyclable bag, kept on your person upon entry to the event, and will still be able to be used in a normal way including all communication functions but without the camera," Co-op Live published on their site.

"All other recording devices will not be permitted in the building. At the end of the night your phone will be removed from the bag and the bag will be recycled.

"Please note that anyone using a digital recording device during the performance will be asked to stop and if they do not, they may be asked to leave," it warned.

Clearly the fans obeyed as zero videos or photos have surfaced. The only evidence of the show are via Netflix and their social channels.

Sadly the only clips the streaming giant are releasing are less than a minute long.

Another interesting thing Harry did was something a few bands have done in the past: he played his big hit at the top of the show and then at the end.

For example, this is something the Eagles did at the beginning of this decade with "Hotel California" for its Hotel California 2020 Tour.

Not only did Harry begin and end the show with the new hit single, but as the credits rolled, it played again.

Throughout the show, Styles, who performed in the round, was backed by singers, string players and a band that would please anyone who noticed the airing of the concert was on International Women's Day as the majority of musicians were women: Charlotte Clark (cello, keyboards), Sarah Jones (drums), Elin Sandberg (bass), Pauli Lovejoy (percussion, keyboards), Ny Oh (guitar, keyboards), Adam Prendergast (percussion), and Mitch Rowland (guitar).

Harry will be heading off for a world tour in May where he will be teaming up with people like Robyn, Shania Twain, Jamie XX and others in seven cities.
