Garbage already announced their UK tour to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their staple album Version 2.0. Garbage fans who have been praying for more dates can chill now because the rock-pop outfit have added US dates to follow in October. The 17-city tour will kick off September 29 in Seattle and end on October 27 in Brooklyn. The trek will see them performing Version 2.0 in full, along with B-sides from that era.
"Version 2:0 is, in my opinion, the quintessential Garbage record," front woman Shirley Manson said in a statement.
"We are all very grateful to the millions of people who took it to their hearts at the time it was released and to those who continue to love on it still".
The band will also reissue the album on June 22 and add 10 extra tracks of B-sides. Tickets for the US tour will go on sale April 27 10:00 a.m. local time.
