Pearl Jam Announces Fall 2023 Tour

Are you ready to party on the Pearl Jam tour in the fall of 2023? Joined by Inhaler, the beloved grunge band will begin on August 31st in St. Paul, MN, playing two-night events in Chicago, IL, and Fort Worth, TX, plus one show in Indianapolis, IN. They’ll finish up on September 19th in Austin, TX.

Pearl Jam continues to support its eleventh and latest record, 2020’s Gigaton, which finally gets the long-overdue love it deserves. The Seattle-born group postponed their tour for two years due to the pandemic. However, they finally got the chance in 2022 to play new songs like “Dance of the Clairvoyants,” “Superblood Wolfmoon,” and “Retrograde” live for the first time. On top of frontman Eddie Vedder’s solo Earthlings tour, it was a big year for Pearl Jam! Now they’re ready to get back on stage once again, performing your favorite old and new hits from the past three decades.

Amid Pearl Jam’s 30th anniversary in 2020, guitarist Stone Gossard praised the “amazing shows” that they’re known for and gave insight into how they’ve made it work all these years. “It goes back to our relationships and our history,” he said in a statement. “Sometimes you don’t see eye to eye, but we’re better and better at checking that and realizing that our connection and love for each other is what makes it special. People feel it, and we feel it. It’s not the tricks or the lights or any of that stuff. It’s the songs, and the fans’ connection to those songs. It’s so fun to keep feeling that, and we realize how blessed we are.”

Vedder and his bandmates go out of their way to ensure that everybody gets their chance to see a Pearl Jam concert, regardless of time, location, or money. That’s why they played all the major cities on their two-years-overdue Gigaton tour last year, named for their eleventh and latest album released in 2020. It’s also why they’re giving the majority of tickets away to their beloved fan community, Ten Club, at the most fair prices. That being said, even non-members will get their chance to hear hit songs like “Even Flow,” “Breathe,” “Black,” and “Sirens” live. And maybe even some new tunes along the way.

They’re currently working on a as-yet-untitled twelfth album with Grammy-winning producer Andrew Watt, and we know it’s going to be incredible. But in the meantime, we’re just looking forward to rocking out with one of the best 90s grunge bands of our time. Will you be at the upcoming Pearl Jam tour?
