It feels like just last month when Camila Cabello kicked off her “Never Be the Same Tour,” oh wait… it was last month. Now it’s over and we have nothing to do now…. actually we do. Camila will join Taylor Swift on her “Reputation” tour, which kicks off tonight. Since Camila released her hit single “Havana,” she has made her name known around the world. In honor of Camila’s success, we will be highlighting all the great things fans got to experience on her first solo headlining tour. Her 16-song setlist was full of fun covers, dance breaks and unforgettable moments.
1. Cause’ I’m happy she brought out Pharrell Williams
During Camila’s stop in Hollywood at the Hollywood Palladium, she surprised fans by bringing out singer and songwriter Pharrell Williams to perform their single, “Sangria Wine.” The performance was filled with dancing, matching the beat from the salsa-inspired track. Although Camila has been performing the track on her tour, the track has yet to be released.
2. Shake that thang, Miss Cabello
Three songs into her set, Camila showcases her dancing skills to the crowd. “Get Busy,” by Sean Paul blasts through the speakers of the venue and Camila is seen doing a dance break. She twerked with her backup dancers and left her fans wanting more.
3. Can’t help falling in love with her covers
The audience attending Camila’s tour had a chance to see her do an intimate a cappella cover of Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love.” Don’t worry, she also knows how to hype up the crowd as well. Camila performs “Know No Better,” a Major Lazer cover. When the beat drops in the song, Camila jumps along.
4. Fan love
Camilizers have played a huge role in Camila’s success. To prove how much she appreciates them, in the middle of “Real Friends,” she brings her fans on stage with her. Wow, I wish I was that lucky to join my fav on stage. Since Camila’s tour is officially over, I guess her setlist for the “Reputation” tour will never be the same (ba dum ts). Whatever Camila has up her sleeve, she will definitely leave the crowd speechless.
