Rascal Flatts have officially kicked off their stacked, specially curated Summer Playlist Tour! Their headlining tour commenced last night in Cincinnati, Ohio at Riverbend Music Center.
For the tour, they have invited Lee Brice, Billy Currington, Jordan Davis, Jimmie Allen, Morgan Evans and LOCASH on select dates along the way.
“We’ve been so fortunate on our journey to be able to have the best of the best new and established artists join us out on the road each summer,” said Gary LeVox.
“It’s so awesome to see those artists go on to such amazing successes. We’re excited this year to be able to have an awesome lineup of special guests and we’re just ready to get back out on the road this summer. It’s where we are at our best.”
They've hit the ground running with this tour, as the LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and J.D. Rooney trio reached out to fans on Twitter for some setlist suggestions! Last night, their setlist boasted of original hits, deep cuts and cover songs!
Of the cover songs, they included beloved tracks like "Life is a Highway" by Tom Cochrane and also did "What Hurts the Most" by Jeffrey Steele (for the encore) and "Bless the Broken Road" by Nitty Gritty Band.
The 18-song setlist kicked off with "These Days" and also carried cuts "My Wish," "Summer Nights," "Mayberry," and "Me and My Gang" throughout the performance. Check out everything they performed in the setlist below!
The stage production included special video visuals behind the band. Check out a fan caught video below!
Make sure to catch the boys on the Summer Playlist Tour, running through September!
