Starcrawler's Excellent Instagram Reel Promos

Starcrawler just wrapped up a west coast tour where they rocked out from the LBC to the SFO and many spots in between.

But they also did something other acts should take notes about.

They promoted their upcoming gigs beautifully on their Instagram Reels.

What they did was learn a few minutes of an appropriate or mysteriously chosen cover song, like in Long Beach's case WAR's "Spill The Wine," and then they advertised the date, location and city in both the caption of the Reel and somewhere at the end of the song.

For their show in Pomona, they reworked Beck's "Ramona."

To hype up their two nights in Las Vegas they covered Katy Perry

Apropos for their hoedown in Bakersfield, they tipped their cap to Buck Owens (and Dwight Yoakum, probably).

Sacramento? How about the best song to ever mention the Golden State's capitol city?

Because Chain Reaction is in Anaheim, who better for Starcrawler to cover than the best performer to come out from the behind the Orange Curtain, Mrs. Gwen Stefani.

Across the road a piece from Coachella is Joshua Tree, which is home to one of the best music venues in the desert, Pappy & Harriet's. (Come early for the dinner.)

What's sweet about this cover that starts off with

Desert skies kept me dry from the city rain
The stars poked holes through the sky

is it's a Beachwood Sparks song and Starcrawler's singer, Arrow de Wilde's dad was the drummer with them.

For the last gig of the tour, they gave love to Steve Miller while hyping the show in San Francisco.

Starcrawler are gonna lay out by the pool for most of the summer and hopefully learn more min-covers because they're going out on the road with hard rocking Japanese shredders, Boris.

What a show these two will put on. Get your tickets on the Starcrawler website.
