Biffy Clyro Live Debuted Entire New Album During Livestream Show

Biffy Clyro released their eighth studio album A Celebration of Endings this past Friday, August 14th. To commemorate the special occasion with fans, the best way they could during a pandemic, the Scottish rockers threw a special livestream event where they live debuted the album in its entirety on August 15th.

The concert event took place at Barrowland in Glasgow, and kicked off with a special soundcheck performance where they played four of their older tracks. It kicked off with "Victory Over the Sun" and ended on acoustic renditions of "Machines" and "Re-Arrange."

The album performance included all 11 songs off the LP in order of the track list. The only songs that had been performed prior were "Tiny Indoor Fireworks," "Space" and "Instant History."

Fans raved about the dynamic performance:

BC have given fans more to look forward to - They recently announced an intimate U.K. tour for April 2021. It's very appropriately named the "Fingers Crossed" Tour.

"These dates are not intended to replace the arena tour," the band explains. "But given the current uncertainty of large scale indoor arena shows in the U.K., we feel they will give us the best chance to play live to our fans as soon as possible."
