If KATSEYE has looked a lot different recently than the sextet so many fell in love with on The Debut: Dream Academy, you're not hallucinating.
Since February, the Swiss singer and dancer Manon Bannerman has been taking time off.
Then on August 7, Filipina American Sophia Laforteza announced that she too needed a time out to concentrate on her mental health leaving KATSEYE down to four: Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel and Yoonchae Jeung.
Those four women had a busy schedule in front of them because they would be promoting a documentary film about themselves (Katseye: Wild Hearts), as well as releasing an EP (WILD) which many are predicting will be the best selling EP in decades as it's expected to top the charts on its debut.

The quartet kicked it off in Brooklyn with KLUB KATSEYE, a promo with Spotify where the women performed several songs to the 200 Spotify listeners who streamed them the most.
Daniela, Lara, Megan and Yoonchae entertained their devoted fans to “Animal,” “Gnarly,” "Gabriella," “PINKY UP” and live debuted “That Way.”
8/12, The Tonight Show
On the same day that their film hit theaters around the country, KATSEYE made their late-night television debut over at 30 Rock.
The women performed “Animal,” the new single co-written by Ed Sheeran. When the subject of the missing members arose, they told Jimmy Fallon that Sophia and Manon are still part of the group, and they have “nothing but so much love and support” for them.
8/14, Today Show
The morning of the EP being released, KATSEYE appeared on the Today show for a four song performance.
"Hooti Frutti" got its live debut and when they were asked about their missing groupmates, Lara said they remained in contact with Sophia and Manon and said, “we ride for them.”
Later that day the official video for the song was posted on YouTube.
After just 5 days it's been viewed over 24 million times.
8/16, D23
The quartet surprised the attendees of the D23 convention during the Disney Legends ceremony at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
The women did not perform anything from the EP, instead they covered “I Won’t Say (I’m in Love)” from the 1997 animated feature, Hercules. It was all a part of a tribute to the original voice of Megara, Susan Egan, who was inducted as a Disney Legend.
KATSEYE now heads to Olivia Rodrigo's Daisy Chain Fields before jetting over the pond for gigs in Europe and the UK including a pair of shows at The O2 in London.
