Metallica North American WorldWired Tour Spoilers

Metallica kicked off the North American half of their WorldWired Tour on September 2nd and have been unleashing fury in the name of metal gig-by-gig. The heavy metal legends are delivering thrilling rock to thousands of fans each night. In fact, the turn-out for this tour has been so massive, that the crowd set a new record at Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on September 11th.

Yes, they normally do three songs for the encore, and it's usually been as follows:

There's about 11 songs that have all been played at each gig including cuts like: "For Whom The Bell Tolls," "Nothing Else Matters," "Hardwired," "Enter Sandman," "Seek & Destroy," and "Master of Puppets."

They always open with "Hardwired" and end with "Master of Puppets" before coming out for the encore.
What song do they always walk out on stage to?

Does the setlist differ night-to-night?
It's remained constant each night with the occasional change up on select nights.
