Static-X Reveals "Rise Of The Machine" North American Tour Dates

Static-X have announced their plans to embark on the "Rise Of The Machine" North American Tour next year. The shows will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their sophomore album Machine. The record is slated to be re-released in 2022 as a tribute to their late singer Wayne Static. The LA-based heavy metal band, fronted by Xer0, just released their seventh studio album, Project: Regeneration Vol. 1, July 10, 2020.

Static-X have recruited Fear Factory, Dope, Mushroomhead and Twiztid on select dates as support for the tour. The 37-date trek will kick off February 21 at Portland, Oregon's Hawthorne Theater and will wrap up April 3 at The Fillmore in San Francisco, California.

The band released the following statement surrounding the tour announcement:

“We are so excited to finally get back out on the road. We plan to play most of the songs off of both Machine and Wisconsin Death Trip, as well a number of nice surprises that are being incorporated into the set list. It is going to be awesome to have Fear Factory, Dope and Mushroomhead back out on the road with us to share in all of this nostalgic insanity. All in all, this package is going to be one for the ages and we can’t wait to get out there and celebrate 20 years of our Machine record, while we continue to remember all of the good times that we had with Wayne and to share it live and loud with all of our fans night after night.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public starting this Friday, September 17 at 10 a.m. local. Visit the band's official website for tickets. See below for.a full list of dates:
