Tool Announces 2019 European Tour

Maynard James Keenan took a breather from A Perfect Circle for a second to make an announcement for his other iconic band, Tool, that they will be touring in Europe summer 2019. Not only that, but they've teased at a new album for next year, too. Tool haven't released a full-length since 2006's 10,000 Days.
The long-awaited album was expected to drop in 2017 but has since been delayed. With hints that it will be out next year, and the news of this 2019 tour, Tool fans are praying for no more delays, although by now it's evident that Tool fans are the most patient humans on this earth.
The alt-metal band will kick things off on June 2nd in Berlin, Germany, and wrap up July 2 in Lisbon, Portugal. The tour includes stops at big festivals like Germany's twin Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals, Copenhell Festival, Download Festival and more.
Last month, Keenan took to Twitter to give an update on the new album, stating "Scratch Vox tracked a while ago." See below for the original tweet.

Keenan previously blamed the long-wait on his bandmates' indecisiveness, “I like to release records and write things a little more quickly than those guys like to write,” he said. “Their process is very analytical.”
