Highlights From Alter Bridge's Victorious Sky North American Tour

"Open Your Eyes" because Alter Bridge are on tour with Skillet!
The co-headlining trek, dubbed the Victorious Sky Tour, kicked off September 22 in Baltimore and will run through October 25 in Orlando, with Dirty Honey supporting on select dates.
Both bands are supporting new music: Skillet are celebrating the release of their tenth studio album, Victorious, which dropped in August. Alter Bridge are gearing up for the release of their forthcoming sixth studio album, Walk the Sky, due October 18.
Alter Bridge have been a consistent force in rock and metal since their 2004 inception, treating their audiences to fan-favorites/classics "Metalingus," "Rise Today," "Come to Life" and "Blackbird."
But the Orlando rockers have also been teasing fans with new material, performing a few new singles in their live shows. So far, they've played "Wouldn't You Rather," "Pay No Mind," "Take the Crown" and "In the Deep." All we're waiting on is for "Dying Light" to make its debut!!!
Take a look at some of the highlights from their tour so far.

September 21 – North Myrtle Beach, SC

On the tour's opening night at the HoB in South Carolina, Alter Bridge performed what has become their staple set this go-around: a 15-song set with a two-song encore, closing out the show with an acoustic rendition of "In Loving Memory" and "Open Your Eyes."
They played four of Walk the Sky's five previously-released singles, as well as cuts from Blackbird, Fortress, One Day Remains and AB III.

September 30 – Toronto, Canada

The band switched things up a little for their performance at REBEL in Toronto. Not too bad, eh?
They switched the order of their songs, and guitarist Mark Tremonti took over on vocals during a performance of "Burn It Down" sandwiched between "Come to Life" and "Pay No Mind."

October 6 – Detroit, MI

The band took the stage at The Fillmore and played a 12-song set, once again adding "Waters Rising" to the setlist. They played songs like "Addicted to Pain," "Take the Crown" and "Metalingus" and closed out with "Open Your Eyes."
