Demi Lovato is taking the stage once again in 2026! Following the release of her new album It’s Not That Deep, the GRAMMY-nominated artists has officially announced her long-awaited trek of the same name. The 2026 Demi Lovato tour will begin on April 18th in Orlando, FL, continuing through May 25th in Houston, TX. ADÉLA will join as a special guest on all dates.
Lovato kicked off the It’s Not That Deep era with an intimate performance at the Hollywood Palladium this weekend — a super-rare event for the multiplatinum hitmaker. Those lucky enough to see her in the 4,000-capacity venue got a first listen to live debuts including “Fast,” “Kiss,” and “Frequency,” which display the dance-pop sound she’s made her own in 2026.
Throughout her career, Lovato has danced between (no pun intended) bubblegum pop as a former Disney Channel star, pop-rock as a rising vocalist, and even pure rock on her last record, 2022’s Holy Fvck. But now? She’s happy, healthy, newly-married and ready to show off her powerhouse vocals in a glossy new way. Expect bold choreography, epic belts, and bold stage design as Demi shows It’s Not That Deep….
All while enjoying older favorites like “Heart Attack,” “Give Your Heart a Break,” and “Cool For the Summer.” In fact, Lovato has stated that this new record is a celebration of her journey as a whole — the good, the bad, and the downright “cringe.” “I think it’s a bit of owning it,” she told Associated Press when asked if she was “reclaiming” her past behaviors.
“I guess I didn’t realize that I’ve done iconic things. And if they are cringe to some people, they’re fun to me,” she continued. “I think it’s, like, making peace with my past. I’ve made peace with my journey and now I’m celebrating where I am at today.” Now, she wants her fans, lovingly called “Lovatics,” to join her on the upcoming It’s Not That Deep Tour.
