On this day in 1998, the late great diva Whitney Houston live debuted her reggae-flavored hit single, "My Love is Your Love." Since we deal primarily in facts and data here at Setlist.fm, I'll go out on a limb and say this is factually a comforting song. There must be some science to it. Listen:
The live debut of "MLIYL" came mid-set during the first of a two night run at the Etess Arena in Atlantic City. The shows weren't part of a tour, but were a preview for her first album in eight years, also titled My Love Is Your Love, which would drop the following week, on November 17th, 1998. The song also features guest vocals from her daughter, Kristina Bobbi.
